What tool do I need to get this hair?

I'm having my bra strap length hair cut to a long bob at the end of the month. My hair is thick and a bit frizzy, with a natural wave if left to dry by itself.
I can get the sleek look with GHDs, but have never managed to master curls with them.
What do I need for relaxed waves? Have been looking at the babyliss curl secret, amd also at various wands, but have no idea what would be best. Budget preferably under £80...

Curling tongs with a big barrel.

Ghd curve for sure though is over budget at £120. Have seen 20% off occasionally which makes it under £100 which seems better... great hair tool on many hair types imo.

halfgirl is that the ghd tongs or wand? I don't mind paying more if they are worth it!

I do mine like this with straighteners. Just bend your hair in different directions and run fingers through.

I've got the GHD wand. Much easier to use than curling irons (for me anyway). I'm pretty rubbish at doing my own hair but I can achieve that wavy look with a wand.

Thanks kirinm, i will have a look for it on offer somewhere i think.
whiteonesugar I've tried with straighteners, but end up with funny shapes and flat edges!

Think it's called the curve. It is wide barrelled but a tong. Couple of YouTube videos and you're all good. Dd also has the cloud wand which I thought was poor till o realised you need to remove the coverBlush. It's also greatSmile

Large barrel curling wand. I have a Tresemme one that works very well.
