Hi I usually wear Estée Lauder double wear but it's costing me a fortune wearing it everyday ...does any one have alternatives or dupes ..I need a good coverage that lasts all day , any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately not. I tried some others but nothing beats Double Wear light

I was a bit doubtful that there would be a dupe but I've read Revlon colour is a good one

I never managed to get on with Revlon.

Makeup artist friend recommended loreal infallible foundation.

katie20202 · 10/03/2018 19:49

Have you tried it ?

I was coming on to say L'Oréal too! I am using this at the moment and always go back to it.

It's high coverage. I use primer and cover but that's cause of my oily skin

Yes I have and I like it, however I've never used double wear so can't compare the two.

A make up artist wrote something on Facebook about primarks new foundation being a dupe for double wear at £5, I got some and I have to say I'm impressed!

I tried Revlon also having heard it was a duo for Double Wear - absolute disaster for me.
The £5 Primark foundation and Cara Pharmacy Note!? Foundation for £10 are being compared to Double Wear also.
For me and my awkward skin nothing compares to I buy a Body Shop Matt Clay foundation in a lighter shade and mix it with a slightly darker shade of Double Wear to make it last longer and it's not as heavy on my skin during the summer months.

I will give the L'Oréal one a go ...possibly might buy the primark one ..thanks for your suggestions x
