The ordinary break out

Can anyone help.. I've been using the ordinary products for about 3 weeks now. First week my skin was better then ever and I thought I'd found a miracle product. This week my skin has broken out in loads of small under the skin pimples! It could be coincidence but nothing else has changed like diet etc so don't know what else it could be! Has anyone had a similar problem with the ordinary products?

I don't suffer from sensitive skin or acne and I use quite a few of their products but found that the zinc and niacinamide serum and the alpha lipoic acid both brought me out in spots. The acid was particularly bad for under the surface ones on my cheeks. On the other hand the azelaic acid has helped to dry out and prevent little chin spots.

Did you start using a few things at the same time?
