A bit early to discuss Sandals?

Hi stylish ones,
We are travelling to the US for a few weeks in the summer and would love a pair of fashionable yet sturdy (does such a thing exist?) sandals. Has anyone seen nice ones? We will be "on the hoof" quite a bit so heels not really an option x

I find FitFlop sandals very comfortable (they're not all flip flops) and ordered these for this summer - I've already worn them around the house a bit and will be taking them for any travelling I do this year, as they'll do for walking around towns for hours but also for dressing up a bit in the evening. (I rarely wear high heels!)

I have my eye on 'angie' by Ugg, sorry can't seem to link. They're leather lined and an adjustable front both of which important to me. Bit pricy at £120 though but my last ugg sandals lasted years.

They are lovely toolazy, there was a fit flop section in the dept store I was in, never thought to look through it, throwback memories to the black sparkly/glittery fit flops worn to death 6 yrs ago.

Thanks u Flowers

Shnoggi you'll find a lot more styles online than in any shop. A shoe shop assistant once told me that they don't stock many because FitFlop will not allow them to reduce any item by more than 50%, so unless they're very confident a style is going to sell, it's too much of a risk to get them in.

OOOh bimbobrains, v nice too, yes pricey but will last years, there is a another pair here on the Ugg website, think they are v nice in both colours. Good reviews - better get saving

Brandalley have very cheap Fitflops in their outlet section And Leon Max shoes which i've accidentally bought 2 pairs of along with 3 pairs of LM sandals all of which are completely impractical but delish

Don’t laugh but moshulu sandals are incredibly comfy and fab for walking. The bright colours are also unmumsy!

I quite like these www.clarks.co.uk/c/Bay-Primrose/p/26131936
Can’t decide if they’re a bit mumsy though, I think they’d be nicer without the stitching round the edges.
