Skirts for shorter women

I'm looking for a certain style of skirt. However, I can't find any that will not be dragging on the floor. I've posted a photo, and I'm hoping someone will help please, as I've trawled the internet.
I'm 5'4, and a few lbs more than I should be, so the high waist ones are probably better.

I'm nearly 5'4" & I find that I only really suit knee length skirts or mini skirts.

Anything longer can look frumpy on me unless I wear really high heels & I don't generally like them.

Exactly the same here Ebony. I find that knee length is best too, with a high waist. I'm hoping someone will know of of somewhere that sells this, in a similar style to the photos.
I also don't feel comfortable in heels, and tend to prefer dressier flats.

I love that kind of skirts, and often have a problem finding the right length. I usually opt for asymmetric skirts or designer dresses such as this one from Love Honor. It looks great with the flats, too.

That's a nice dress, very, very much out of my price range though.
I did find one very, very below my price range, it's an absolute steal, if the brand and quality is actually any good.
The website is called Yoins, and I've never heard of them. Are they fairly well known?
