...because it looked bloody awful. Used Nails Inc base coat and colour (2 coats), then the Seche Vite immediately after painting each nail the second time. When it dried it didn't look very shiny, and had obvious lines in it. And it chipped quite badly. Thought I would have the best nails ever. What the hell am I doing wrong?
