Dandruff help

What shampoos have you found most effective?
Also, perhaps a silly question but does dandruff ever go away or will I have to keep on using anti dandruff shampoo forever

Slightly worried my dandruff could possibly become resistant to treatment later on (but I’m not sure if that’s even possible ha)

I've been blown away by Big shampoo from Lush. It is a very odd texture but I'm over that now. It smells gorgeous and my itchy head is a thing of the past. I've been using it less than a month but I've suffered terrible itchy scalp and associated dandruff for years and nothing has worked this well.
