Hi.
Does anyone use this range? I'm on a never ending search to find something to calm down my awful red face Confused

I haven't but I'd look at the La Roche Posay Rosaliac range for rosacea.

Lots of ppl have been helped by Azelaic Acid from the Ordinary.

I'd also suggest a hydrating toner. Not a cleansing toner which may have alcohol but simply for hydration. Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner, Secret Key aloe toner are two very popular ones. It can make a big difference when you add that boost. UK suppliers available, Secret Key is on eBay but buy from a Korean seller.

Thanks for the reply.
I ordered the kalme range and it arrived Friday so I'm giving it a few weeks. I tried the la Roche range years ago and had a reaction. I've been trying the Avene range for the last few weeks and while it's nice, it hasn't made any difference to my redness or dry skin in the cheeks.

Hi keepon.
Yes I have found in the last week my redness has massively calmed down. I am so impressed and am definitely ordering it again. I still find my nose quite dry so makeup isn't sitting too well just there.
I don't have postules or broke veins with my rosacea. It's more a burnt look, extremely red with dryness.
I would definitely recommend.

Hi I've been looking at kalme range, how are you getting on?
I've had a month of steroid cream, now on 8 weeks of metrosa gel...week one. Tingling and burning up. Can't find a trigger

I’ve tried the Kalme range but didn’t really love it. I much prefer Pai redness products, just wish it wasn’t so eye-wateringly expensive.

Ivegotthree · 11/01/2019 22:37

Soolantra sorted my rosacea.

Kalme made it worse.

BWatchWatcher · 11/01/2019 23:10

Try Soolantra, you can get it on prescription from various internet sites.

Had an email the other day about a new skincare brand called s5.
The reviews look really promising. It’s very expensive (for me) but I’m willing to give it a try as the cold weather is really taking its toll and if it doesn’t do anything great I’ll go back to Pai.
