48 year old eye skin all dry :'(

Help! My eyes are feeling really dried out around the eye. One of my lids has ripped like it's been waxed. Can you recommend a really soothing eye gel, cream etc. I have a Simple one but its a bit crap. Not soothing or moisturising

I love this one.

It might be wrorth asking a pharmacist in case it's something other than dry skin.
