I’ve got a couple of evenings out in April and I’d like a new outfit, preferably something that looks trendy rather than mumsy. But since having my baby last year I’ve not been out very much at night and have totally lost my fashion sense. If anyone could suggest some outfit ideas (or better still post links!), I’d be very grateful. I’m particularly ignorant as to what shoes people wear in the evening...
Event one is a friend’s birthday dinner in a private room at an art gallery. Event two is a university alumni drinks evening. No cross-over so I can wear the same for both.
I’m 5ft 10, size 12. I don’t love my stomach so no body con please. Budget is £150, £250 including shoes.
