Dupe-Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish

Hi all

I've started taking skincare a bit more seriously these days and after double cleansing with samples of Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish and using some swanky face oil (another sample), I've been ID-ed for wine this week (mid-30's). Trouble is I don't really have cleanse and polish money at the moment and my birthday is an age away. Does anyone know of a similar product that is cheaper but still works?

Superdrug do a dupe that's really good.

Yeah, I really like the Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser. It's only £4.99 (and often on offer - right one it's buy one get one half price) for 200ml and includes one muslin.

YY the Superdrug one
Also M&S
N'Spa (Asda)
GoodThing Manuka Honey

And I think Aldi but I haven't use it

Another vote for Superdrug vitamin E

PurplePotatoes · 03/03/2018 22:47

Boots No 7 do one

You are all super-quick, lovely stars. Thank you so much - a fiver is much more my price range. If the snow has melted by lunch tomorrow, I'll head out (I've just ran out of Liz Earle tonight hence the panic 😀).

I like the M&S hyaluronic cleanser.

Actually prefer it to LE.

For a morning light cleanse or non make up days La Roche Posay Toleraine Dermo cleanser is lovely.

PicklingGherkins · 03/03/2018 22:56

Now that looks really good too and is still good price wise. Ahhhh, this is why I hate beauty, too many choices for me 😂.

I like the Superdrug radiance hot cloth cleanser. On bogof atm.

PicklingGherkins · 04/03/2018 15:57

I'd like to thank you all again. I couldn't get the vitamin E hot cleanser as it was out of stock but the radiance hot cleaner (recommended by the previous poster) was reviewed really highly as a Liz Earle substitute on the Superdrug site. I've ordered it for click and collect (bogof) and I'll let you know how it goes.

I think they are both very good & it’s purely personal preference with regards to the difference in fragrance & a few minor ingredients/essential oils.
