I've been invited to an awards dinner next month which is black tie. I went last year and played it safe with a long black Dress and felt a bit frumpy and would love some ideas to feel a bit more special.
I'm early 30s, short, a size 12 with an ample chest, decent (but short) waist. My legs are pretty good so i dont mind something shorter. I do love a bit of material to twirl about in though 
. Lower stomach and upper arms are my problem areas so bodycon/bardot styles don't suit me.
Budget up to 150 but would push 200 for something perfect.
