Any House of Colour consultants around?

just looking at a few online and surprised to hear them say that they mail their clients regularly with style and season updates and issue invitations to open days too.

Is this a thing? In the last seven years Ive seen 3 HOC consultants for colour/style/colour&style & personal shopping but not one has been in touch since. Have i just been unlucky?
