Colour B4 (hell) help please?! Gone ginger!!

So my natural colour is mid to dark brown but for the last year or so I've been heavy handed with the darkest brown semi perm colours and it's turned black.

I finally plucked up the courage to use the colour B4 today but it's gone a bit wrong. My lengths are now dark brown again (yay) but my roots and fringe are way lighter with a ginger touch!!

What should I buy to put on my hair? I pref want a lovely dark brown colour..

Please help!!

That's the colour your hair will end up. Did you read the instructions?
Use an 8 wash semi in the colour you want.

Erm yes I read the instructions.

My question is, to whoever reads this - if I buy L'Oréal 8 wash colour in a medium/ash brown - will it make my lengths/ends darker/black again?

I just don't want to end up at square one again

It will.

Anyone else offer any helpful advice please?

As long as it's just a level 1, 8 washes in/wash out it should be fine & choose a colour 2 shades lighter than you actually want - maybe light ash brown? Or light brown.

I found after using Colour B4 that my hair re-oxidised over a few days & went dark again, so you may be better waiting a couple of days to see if this happens? If it does you could do the colour B4 again or the Vitamin C & Shampoo hair dye removal mix (google it for method). Good luck!

Great thanks for the advice. I'll perhaps leave it until Monday then if I can stand it Smile

Colour b4 does level tour hair finger.

Most important thing is to rinse it like crazy, if yoiu don't get all oif the colourb4 out then over the next couple of days the old colour will come back.

Next thing is to leave it 48hrs before re dying if you can, if not go for a lighter 8nwash dye than usual as the dye can end up darker than it should

Sorry outside on my phone and finger are freezing. Hopefully makes sense even with the typos

I did follow the instructions by the letter but my lengths are way darker than the crown of my head. I'm wondering if I need to do another colour b4 before I re colour?

I ended up in a salon to fix the total fuck up that was my hair after I used Colour B4. Bloody awful product.

If you can, get it professionally fixed rather than using more box dyes on it.
