I would like a rain mac of a more neutrally tone to wear for Spring.

Which colour do you think?

Feel free to suggest something else entirely!

I'm 20, olive skin and dark hair if that helps anyone. Size 10/12

They're both lovely - I'd pick blue simply because I'm blonde and personally avoid pink as I'm scared to look like a bimbo!

Looks nice for the price.

DrewBerry95 · 01/03/2018 12:52

half pick wasn't an option that I posted, was it? Blush

If so, I made a mistake. The options were between yellow and blue Grin

I'd go with Yellow. I would love to wear Yellow but it looks awful on me, it looks lovely on olive skin

DrewBerry95 · 01/03/2018 12:56

I'm thinking would the yellow be as versatile in my wardrobe? Hmmm

Usual attire is dark blue skinny jeans, with a basic/neutral top and white trainers. Sometimes a navy and white Brexton

Definitely the yellow. Will suit your colouring better and always nice to have a bit more colour on rainy day.

You’ve also reminded me I don’t own a waterproof jacket of any kind and should probably get one!

DrewBerry95 · 01/03/2018 19:51

Paper Thank you!

Get your jacket! When the snow stops, the rain will resume Grin

i have never worn anything have bought in that light blue colour, it somehow always feels like nhs/care work/ dental uniform to me!

DrewBerry95 · 01/03/2018 20:32

I will definitely keep that in mind then!

I'm a bit hesitant to break the mound and go Yellow but I suppose it isn't too bright a yellow so should be okay!

Yellow

NC4Now · 01/03/2018 20:39

Another vote for yellow. It will look lovely with your colouring and yellow does tend to go with most things.

halfwitpicker · 01/03/2018 21:52

Gah, sorry, I saw that pink was available.

I'd pick yellow in that case.

calzone · 01/03/2018 21:55

Sorry but I don’t like it.

It’s mumsy and a bit frumpy.

DrewBerry95 · 01/03/2018 21:57

Ah, I know it's quite frumpy but I'm confident I could pull it off.

I know it isn't a flattering look, as such but I quite like it for skinny jeans and trainers Smile

I very much doubt a 20 year old size 10/12 will look frumpy in it to be honest...

YEllow rain macs (usually joules or seasalt) where I live have become a real cliche, the playground is awash with them. As a result I dislike yellow raincoats but if you like yellow then go for it, I agree it will suit your colouring

DrewBerry95 · 02/03/2018 11:42

Paint do you like the blue one?

I agree yellow has become quite cliche.

I'm wondering if pale blue will suit olive skin?

Paintbox · 05/03/2018 20:39

Yes I think the blue one would probably look good with your colouring also
