I have lost a few lbs recently, and plan to kep going. I have found myself in a bit of a rut. Im wearing things that dont look very flattering. So looking to update my wardrobe. My general style is black skinny jeans, black biker boots, a beanie, i prefer blacks and greys for tops, but usually go for black so i can bang them in the wash with the kids uniform.
My problem is, im 5 ft 7, i have broad shoulders, im currently wearing a 34gg bra but am double boobing on one side whereas the other side the fitting is perfect. I have a wobbley tummy that is quite big. Jeans, im currently living in primark super high waisted skinnies.
I need to find some simple, plain tops. I need tshirts, and jumpers. On a small budget. I dont really like patterns. Can anyone suggest the kind of thing that would look ok on me. Please. Thank you in advance.

Being of a similar shape, I find raglan and dropped shoulder style tops and coats suit way better than those where the sleeve attaches at the actual shoulder. I also stay away from the dreaded statement sleeve. Would probably avoid those even if they were flattering though, tbf. Wide v necks like this also suit.

i am this shape but i find ragan and dropped shoulder make me look bigger, i like a fitted shoulder, it must have some stretch to make it more comfortable.

Get yourself a well fitted bra, first!

The bra will be the first thing i do. I have been putting it off for the longeat time but dd fimiahed breast feeding earlier this year so im going to have to deal with it. Though, not sure how to get around the different sized boobs thing.
I tend to avoid the dropped shoulder styles because i think they draw attention to my shoulders? But will happily try it on and see how it looks. I prefer v necks but struggle to find decwnt quality ones on a small budget. They all go funny after a wash or 2.
Thank upu for the replies.
