I used them too. But I got Sheego brand stuff from them which was fine - I am not sure about any own brand items.

They seem a bit old-worlde administration-wise though, I am not sure they have changed pace since my mum had catalogues when I was a kid!

And there are always sign up offers for new customers opening accounts - I got 30% off my order which was very nice indeed.
