Is anyone else having issues with the quality of Dotty Fish shoes recently? We've loved these shoes for years and years and lots of friends swear by them too, as do many mumsnetters, but anything we've ordered in the past few months (all age groups) has desintegrated within a few weeks of wearing. (Compared to months of use previously)
I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? Sadly, it just seems like too many pairs (including replacements) to be a coincidence, but I don't want to give up on them! I often buy these wee shoes as newborn presents but now I don't want to give someone a gift of such shoddy quality as we have been experiencing of late. (NB customer service has been excellent, tbf, but before I begrudgingly complain again I was wondering if it's just me)
