Heat reflective gloves?

Neither stylish nor beautiful but my DH has some sort of Raynauds. Are there any sort of foil lined gloves? Need some for MiL for driving too as her hands seize up. All ideas appreciated! Thanks.

I have some mittens that I bought from a ski shop. They're fleece inner and knitted outer ,very similar to this www.gooutdoors.co.uk/north-ridge-alton-womens-mitt-p301405
They're seriously warm but probably not for driving

I've not tried them to know how effective they are but the Raynaud's shop sells silver gloves srukshop.co.uk/hands/

Ooh brilliant. Thank you. Raynauds shop is a revelation. I had those mittens years ago, had forgotten. Might stock up for me.

Have ordered gloves for DH and DMiL and socks for me. May buy more stuff if weather carries on like this!!
