AndOtherStories Returns?

Hello, I was looking to buy something off the website AndOtherStories. I've never ordered from them before (I'd like a pair of jeans) and I'm not sure what size to get. What is their sizing like? Also, what are their returns like? Are they simple and do you get refunded quickly?

In my experience refunds aren’t quick. It’s free returns but to the Netherlands which confuses the fuck out of my post office and depending on who is behind the counter they don’t know how to process it. If parcel weighs more than 2kg then the label won’t scan and you have to contact them and they send you a different label. A bit of a faff tbh.

Sizing is on the smallish side imo.

Oh , I hope my post office can deal with it..don't particularly want to go to all that fuss 😂 is the delivery quick or not ? I looked online, however you can't return stuff you bought online in store, that is very annoying

Delivery is quick. Haven’t bought jeans from them before, only dresses and tops.

Okay, thank you for your information. I'll still order them as I can't get anything similar elsewhere, and hopefully my returns won't be difficult, fingers crossed!

I've never had a problem with my post office accepting returns label but as previous posters have said you do sometimes have to wait a good week or so for your money back. I always use the original packaging and stick the returns address label over my own address.

I've waited so much longer than that for ASOS returns, so I'm hoping refund only takes a week!
