Please give me some inspiration

I am going to a funeral next week of my dear cousin. They want it to be bright clothes. I am overweight, 35 years old, and somewhere along the way have lost my style. I am a size 16-18 and want some outfit inspiration.
I love yellow and dusty pink. I have some highstreet vouchers, and not much money.
I want to look smart but bright.
Can anyone help?

It's going to be brass monies next week. What about a bright scarf? Spend the rest f your vouchers on something you really want and give a little nod to your cousin whenever you put it on.
