Salon fake tan

Thinking of having a salon fake tan before summer holidays.
How many days before the holiday should I have it done?
How long between waxing and tanning, and how long does it last for?
The salon uses Vita Liberata organic tan in light, medium and dark. I am fair-skinned, but wonder if the light one would be enough.

1. The day before you leave. Quick shower the next morning, no soap or gel at all & pat dry.
2. 24 Hrs or so.
3. I can get a week out of mine patting dry after a shower, using sodium laurel sulphate free shower gel. But, on holiday sea water & chlorine will strip a lot of it. They should sell a top up tanning product or you can use a wash off instant tan while your away.

You don't need a high concentration if your pale, a light tan should make you tanned, too much dha on skin makes you orange. The therapist will guide you.

I would look for a salon that uses fake bake. I've had many a spray tan and without a doubt fake bake lasts the longest and doesn't go patchy.

I’m pale and I get a spray tan before holidays. I agree with everything fluffycloud said. I get a light tan and it’s enough to look tanned but not too dark.

I can't tan with the sun if I have fake tan on so just check with the salon first
