Mitcham Ultimate Gel (powder fresh)

Is it just me or does this have a hint of cats piss when you use it?

I don't get it with any other deodorant so presuming (and hoping) it's not me that smells but when I wear it and get warm I get wafts of it.

I like the Mitchum unscented dry stick antiperspirant but the others go rancid on me. They never used to but I think they must’ve been reformulated in recent years as now they seem to go disgusting at the mere suggesting of sweat.

Rancid is a good description Spork. It's not good is it?

It smells overwhelmingly chemically when it comes out of the applicator and then as soon as your body gets warm turns rancid.

Also, seeing as I'm having a moan about it anyway, I've frequently taken the lid off to find loads of the gel has come out through the holes as if it's been twisted to dispense it and is wasted. This is despite storing it upright on a shelf between uses. Bloody expensive waste!

Anyone else?

Is this a common problem or just a weird chemical reaction with my body or sweat?
