Plus size (18/20) clothes that aren’t minging

Unless I want to spend a fortune at Navabi. Everywhere seems to have returned to the saggy styles of the 80’s or 90’s. All the ‘curve’ ranges at ASOS, river island and M&S just seem so unflattering.

I adore the lagenlook style, but everything is so pricey. I’ve had a few things from Simplybe, but the quality is variable. I can’t afford to spend much on workwear, as I’m losing weight. Down from a 22 at Xmas and into 18/20 now.

Please help.

Op I'm the same size as you.
For workwear I have some trousers in a stretchy fabric (with an elasticated waistband as I have a huge stomach and can't stand being restricted in that area) - they are wide leg and look fine. I'll wear them with fitted v-neck jumpers (there are a few in H&M at the moment and tops I have with a collar but are made of stretch material (mine are pure collection and I bought from tkmaxx).

Or I have a couple of tunic dresses I bought from either nomads or thought that I wear with leggings.

Out of work I have some fab wide leg jeans from simplybe that I wear with fitted tshirts and jumpers etc.
