My hair is a frigging mess. It's a real fright st the moment, I don't know what to do with it.

A few weeks ago I got the lengths lightened to create an ombre effect - only because my hair was dyed a mid brown & had colour build up, my hairdresser said a blonde couldn't be achieved in one session so it turned a a caramel/yellow colour.

Anyway, my roots which had come through were like bit grey/lighter auburn. I've dyed those with a brown colour which is already washing out. To tone down the yellow of my ombre I used blue shampoo which worked a little bit.

My hair is now a mish/mash of different colours. It looks absolutely fried as well. I was going to get the lightened bits lightened again as I wanted more of a blond ombre, but my hair looks so frizzy, I'm not so sure it's a goo idea now!

I really don't know what to do. Some bits are quite dark, my roots are getting lighter every time I wash my hair. I only had a trim about 4 weeks ago.

I could just go back to being brown all over but then I've wasted the money get the ombre done & I would know which brown to get, maybe a semi but that won't cover my roots woukd it? They're extremely hard to cover & I used a permanent last time & that's washing out. My DH would do his nut if I went back to the hairdressers to get them to put a chocolate brown colour on all over! But it may be my only option to save my hairs condition!
