Is a dermaroller to use at home a good idea? I have acne scares and large pores. Any recommendations? Thanks.

I have one all it did was make my skin red and dry

yes they can help, use a small need to begin with tho otherwise you will just hurt yourself

OP - look up the dangers of using these things. It's quackery. In the longer term the process is thought to increase appearance of ageing.
