Navy leather flat sneaker style shoes?

I’m hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I’m looking for a pair of navy, flat, leather sneaker tyke shoes that look casual but are t full on trainers. I wear a lot of navy and

I wear navy and in summer converse are fine to wear but I’d rather something warmer and more weather proof for now. I don’t want white laces as I think they will look too casual and look odd with smarter casual clothes. Everything I can see is quite sensible looking or more canvas type. The type of shoes I’m looking for are, I suppose, more European looking but not Campers it Kickers type. I’d like them to be smart and relatively stylish. But not flatfirns/platforms although I haven’t ruled out brogues that are edging into trainer category. Does anyone have any ideas?
