The ordinary- what cleanser!?

I have emailed the ordinary and been given a skin care routine so I have ordered the products advised. But I didn't realise you are supposed to cleanse and remove make up first. What is the best cleanser to use before the ordinary products?!

Ok, this is probably a bit mean but how can you not know that you have to remove your make up and clean your face before using serums, moisturisers etc???!!! Did you think you just slap it on over your make up and go to bed?

Oh and the ordinary is shite. It does nothing at all. Once you've discovered that, come back for advice on actual good products that make a difference!! 🤣

Of course I knew to remove make up and cleanse first. I was asking if the ordinary did a cleanser or if there was a specific one that worked well with the products.

Oh and I've been using it for a few months now and my skin has dramatically improved so perhaps it doesn't work for you but it can for some people.
