Adult acne treatments!

I used to have cystic acne which I had Theraclear treatment on and it disappeared.
A year later I have spots again. Little red ones, not big cysts like before, but no head to them.
Has anyone had this? What do you use?
Theraclear us so expensive that I only want to do it again if nothing else works

Have you tried diet?

I tried everything and finally went onto roaccutine. I know it’s extreme but my confidence was so low. Best thing I ever did

Tried diet, no change, antibiotics got mostly better but I'm pregnant so can't take them. Topical creams from doctors no change.
I do get a change from sunshine/sunbed but it's not sunny and I don't want to go on sunbeds! Hoping there is something else

Well you can't go on a sunbed anyway while pg.

You could try something like Reservatrol or vitamin c from the ordinary to reduce the inflammation. They do salycilic acid but I've got a vague memory that's contraindicated in pg. The nicanamide and zinc will dry and heal up them up.

Hopefully after you've given birth it will go on its own.
