Anyone recognise this top

Saw a lovely top yesterday
Does anyone recognise where it might be from?
Quite thick fabric/long sleeves/ navy velvetty flowers sort of embossed onto a textured fabric/split up the back and another top underneath .
Wearer was too quick so I didnt get the chance to ask grill about where it was from.
I need a nice warm top

It was quite a thick fabric not breton

I've seen something similar to that in one of the concessions in John Lewis. Might have been French Connection.
