Would this be OK for an assessment centre?

I'm attending an assessment centre for a new job in a couple of weeks and need something new to wear. Would this blazer look OK with the dress, or would it need something more fitted? Would the cardigan also be an acceptable option to go with the dress?

I like the cardigan.

Where’s the dress from? I like it.

It's all from Dorothy Perkins.

They have another blazer with ruched sleeves, not sure if that would go better or not?

looks good to me, I run assessment centres, you don't need to be as smart as an interview but still make a good impression.

It’s hard to tell with blazers until you’ve got it on altogether. I usually find it easier to either buy a matching suit set or make it obvious it’s not supposed to match and wear a cardigan.

That is exactly the kind of outfit I'd go for - good luck!

Thanks everyone, I think I'll order the dress, blazer and cardigan and see what it looks like. Maybe the cardigan will be better as it's a different colour, otherwise I'll be all in black.
