I'm sure she'll have loaned it, it was for the BGT opening day so it'll have been a full stylist/red carpet style set up.

It's not the same dress. The D&G dress has blue butterflies on it, Amanda Holden's dress doesn't. Very very similar though.

If you zoom in you can see the blue butterflies on Amanda's one just above her name. They don't look exactly the same but I thinkthat is more down to print colours than anything else.
