Shoes for dress

I’ve bought a dress similar to this but different pattern, I am thinking of wearing it to a job interview, but what shoes? I have low heeled loafers, long boots and ballet flats (all smart work appropriate), what would you choose? (Or would you go with trousers and blouse combo, my other option)

Thank you. Just googled some images of similar and think that will be perfect. Need to dig out some tights now and get on with interview prep!

I think ballet flats are a bit casual for an interview and also with that dress. It needs a heel. I'd go with the loafers.

I need to try both and compare I think, it’s not a very corporate environment but I want to err on the side of too smart rather than too casual
