Where can I get a nice suit for a wedding?

Ideally, I'd like a shift dress with matching jacket - is that totally out now? Not too weddingy, something I can wear again. Not Coast, too shiny

Wedding is at end Feb. But all in a hotel so cold not an issue

Really like the Ted Baker dress but not so much the jacket

I love the Hobbs dress but I know that wouldn't suit me.
