Dilligaf81 · 08/02/2018 17:38

Help. I have permanent deep wrinkles between my eyebrows from frowning. I've been using the ordinary 5% acid stuff for a few weeks and seen a difference to my skin but is not ox the only option for these.
Have any of you used botox and looked natures enough and how much did it cost you?

Botox would be fab for you!

bluesouper · 08/02/2018 17:42

Yep, go for it

JanetStWalker · 08/02/2018 18:30

It works really well in that area.

sportyfool · 08/02/2018 19:50

How old are you? Isn't anyone worried about Injecting stuff in your face anymore ? 😬

Fosterdog123 · 08/02/2018 20:11

I'm not even slightly worried. Go for it op - botox works a treat!

Aridane · 08/02/2018 20:14

No - always have it done by a medical professional

holycityzoo · 08/02/2018 21:32

Yes same as mine. Botox will dramatically reduce them.

Lucymek · 08/02/2018 21:33

Yes would work fab on you. I get azzalure it works quicker lasts the same yet much cheaper.

Lucymek · 08/02/2018 21:34

150 three areas my lady covers West Midlands London Manchester etc.

ICanStandtheHeat · 08/02/2018 21:56

Go for it, and just make sure you go to a medical professional. Ie a nurse or a doctor. And I have yet to ever find a nurse or a doctor doing it mobile for £150!

Lucymek · 08/02/2018 21:58

She's not mobile she does clinics.

I actually know loads of nurses who do it. My gp charges 250 for botox but I prefer azzalure.

If you live in London and such it's a lot more .

Manchester and Liverpool its cheap as chips for everything !

goose1964 · 08/02/2018 21:59

That's over a week's food money, just to be injected with poison. I really wonder why we get so her up about wrinkles when we all get them after a certain age.

ICanStandtheHeat · 08/02/2018 22:00

What's her name Lucy? I'm northwest! X

ICanStandtheHeat · 08/02/2018 22:05

Won't get them if your have Botox

Crispmonster1 · 08/02/2018 22:08

About to turn 40 and I have been wondering the same. I’m not a make up fashion kind of girl but I look old and tired. How would I choose who should do it? Would my family notice? I wouldn’t really want to tell them.

Just checked Lucy she's not a medic which is a huge no go for me. Not having anyone untrained injections my face

ICanStandtheHeat · 08/02/2018 22:18

Stick with my girl, she's extra but a nurse.

MrsPeacockDidIt · 08/02/2018 22:26

I’m having it done for first time tomorrow ! I got a receommendation from a beautician friend, checked her RGN register and went for consult. She had a doctor there to talk to me and sign off paperwork. I’m very excited to get it done.

Well luckily it's not mandatory, goose.

ohbigdaddio · 08/02/2018 23:49

Nobody 'needs' botox, it's more do you feel you want it and will it make you feel better about yourself?

I'm certainly not judging! Just pointing that out Smile

mischiefinprogress · 09/02/2018 00:21

I own an aesthetics company and anyone doing botox for £150 for three areas is most certainly not a medical professional. Be careful who you book with if you do go ahead, OP!

Loonoon · 09/02/2018 00:43

No one 'needs ' Botox I have it regularly and I love it but I don't kid myself it is anything more than a vain treat. That being said, i,think it would work wonders for you of your wrinkles bother you.

RonaldMcDonald · 09/02/2018 00:55

Yes

Ladyflop · 09/02/2018 06:48

Botox is amazing but sadly only lasts about three months so is a very expensive habit Blush
