Long backless dress for a work event

I'm going to a work event - black tie - at the end of the month. I'd like a long backless dress, can anyone help me? Can't find anything on the internet which will deliver in time, or doesn't look a bit cheap. Budget up to £400.

Thanks theday, that site had great dresses but a lot of the reviews say quality is poor - one mentions a smell of cigarette smoke, and dresses not being like the pictures. Shame, as that's a great dress.
