Does anyone know if I can use a previous free returns label that came with my last order to return items from a new order? Just ordered some dresses from their clearance and too late realised that their free returns policy excludes clearance stock. There's space to write in the order number myself on the label, so it's not like it's personalised but didn't want to be penalised for returning clearance stock this way if it's not permitted. Does anyone do this or is it just not the done thing? Thanks v much

I've never done it but I've read lots of people on here saying they save up their free returns stickers so I'm sure it'll be fine!

Yep - it's fine to use - have also done it loads - I've also put returns from two orders into one bag before (thought they'd prefer that) and all was fine
