Long wearing eyeshadow crayon/stick?

I’d like a long lasting eyeshadow stick to use as a base, generally under matte powder shadows. I haven’t bought one before. Any recommendations? So far I’ve been reading about Bobbi Brown long wear cream shadow stick and Nudestix magnetic eye pencil. Would prefer to pay no more than 25.

Superdrug GOSH eye crayons are brilliant, creamy and do not budge. They do matte and shiny and they are about a fiver. India Knight did a column on them once and I never looked back.

Mally ones are fab, I get them from qvc.

I use the Kiko eyeshadow sticks under powder. Although some of their wet&dry powders are nearly as good if you use them wet, but it's a bit hit and miss.

The Bobbi Brown stick is AMAZING. Only found them myself about 3 months ago but total convert. Stays on for ever, blends really well and the stick itself lasts ages.

Thank you all very much, I’m going to do a little more research. Like the sound of the cheaper GOSH one - might give that a go before spending more on the Bobbi Brown (though it does sound great)
