Well tbh it's difficult to advise without knowing the rest of the outfit, i.e your coat and shoes?
If its a big duvet coat and chunky boots, then any of the above, including the chunkier knit ones as a big coat will balance out wearing something big on your head. Plus its all very casual.
If you wear a smart wool coat and shoes, brogues, ballet pumps etc, then I'd go for something of a thinner knit, like the stories beanie I linked, or a beret pulled down, although it still might not cover your ears.

Baker style hats are very in (again, I remember then from the 90s) but again they wouldn't cover your ears.
Just looking now, Top Shop have a huge range of hat styles and looks. It might not be where you would buy from (I wouldn't it'll be mostly mmf and terrible quality) but it might help you decide which style is most "you"
At the end of the day, it's a practical need for a couple of months of the year, so I'd go for warmth, in a good material and plain colour that will suit all of your coats and outfits.
