Desperately seeking wide leg trousers

I'm so glad they are back but now I have to find some. I'm five foot two so I'm not looking for anything extraordinarily long (I know they can be taken up but sometimes halving the actual length isn't ideal). Any colour/pattern except black please if anyone can point me in the right direction?

I'm the same height as you and find the cropped/three-quarter length trousers in Cos, Maje (would link but site is down) and Mango are ankle-length for 5'2". And, more importantly, sit correctly on the waist.

Thank you. I'm not really looking for ankle length, I want full length (just above floor skimming length) to wear with brogues. Have you seen any of these ?

Ah, in which case, then if the height is roughly one-third up the calf on the model, it will be the right length for your shoes. All of the sites I mentioned have that height too (got a v.nice pair of cotton paper-bag trousers from Mango last summer that just avoid dragging on the floor with flats using that as a visual) but I'm fairly sure the same will apply on ASOS, Whistles, Reiss, Uterque etc.,

I find Next is brilliant for trousers.
