I use set powder. I used Mac for years and was using Giorgio Armani which is lovely but I dropped it and it's shattered. I have sensitive skin and rosacea I need to hide. Thank you.

I use Chanel Poudre Universel (sp?), it's invisible but effective.
I've tried others over the years but always come back to this one.

Bare minerals mineral veil.

ABuckToothedGirlinLuxembourg · 04/02/2018 21:02

I thought you meant a setting powder when you wrote set powder. So ignore that ^

The pur minerals 4 in 1 is very good.

I use Laura Mercier mineral powder. I’ve used it for about four years. I have had terrible skin in the past, but this covers old woes and doesn’t cause new break outs.

Charlotte Tilbury is very good I find. I wonder if you're using powder alone to cover? Wouldn't a light base be better, followed by powder?

LaVieEstBelle159 · 05/02/2018 20:08

I use MAC studio fix foundation powder. It's got good coverage over Estée Lauder double wear. Or Estée Lauder loose powder, both are my favourites.

domesticslattern · 05/02/2018 20:27

Bizarrely I find Max Factor Creme Puff powder very good. Cheap as chips and I keep going back to it after trying fancier compacts.

MeadowHay · 05/02/2018 20:27

I use No.7 one from Boots. I have sensitive skin and acne and eczema.

andysghost · 05/02/2018 21:31

Oh sorry I read it as setting powder as well Blush

Dalesgirl16 · 06/02/2018 07:56

I do use foundation and then pressed powder. I can't stand the mess of loose powder.

If your foundation has good coverage and it is just to set your makeup the rimmel stay matte powder is amazing for the price! Often on special offer in either Superdrug or boots.

Dalesgirl16 · 06/02/2018 08:15

I really want to try a cheap one so will head to boots.
