There are so many out there but I need your help because I'm broke at the moment and can't afford to make a mistake. I just want to be able to put my hair up in a polished bun or ponytail without a halo of fluffy hair - I've been using hand cream to keep it flat but I don't want to do that forever. Thanks in advance CakeCakeCake

If you're broke, put some conditioner in a spray bottle and top up with water, spray on as you brush/style your hair. You could also use a few drops of oil (olive oil will do the trick, but almond oil, macadamia oil, flaxseed oil etc are good), in your palms, and distribute in your hair (mainly the lengths) - less is more, you quickly get greasy heair.

Following as I have the same issue. I straighten my hair but it's never glossy it always goes fluffy and bushy. Just started using Brazilian Keraton shampoo and conditioner from Tesco which has helped a bit (£4 each for a massive bottle) but I need something else! Would love to have a Brazilian straightening treatment done but I daren't as I have lots of allergies
