Bodysuits

Bit of a strange one.... but you know the tops that are like a body suit (poppers underneath)? How do you use these? I have a couple of them that are meant to go under pinafore type dresses and I would normally put a bodysuit (vest) under Babies clothes....but it feels like a lot to be putting underneath them... so it would be nappy, bodysuit (vest), bodysuit (top) and tights!

Hope that makes sense?!

Why do you need two bodysuits at the same time? Surely you'd just use the one that looked like a top on its own?

If it is a bodysuit that is also a top, I would go: nappy, bodysuit (vest), bodysuit (top) and pants (for my DS). If I had a DD it would be either nappy, bodysuit (vest), bodysuit (top), pants/skirt. I wouldn’t put both bodysuits on unless the bodysuit top was going to be seen as it’s a main layer I think, so instead of the dress.

That’s how I presumed anyway!

I had a couple of those.
I did bodysuit (like a top), bottoms, hoodie/ jumper when cold. Or when warm just bodysuit and bottoms.
I wouldn't put a vest under then that though.

Assinatedbeauty, the reason I would put two bodysuits on is because normally I would put bodysuit (vest) under all of her clothes. So to not put anything under the bodysuit (top) means she's without a layer....

Humv, thank you - that's kind of what I was doing - but the dress is only a pinafore type dress so the bodysuit (top) is shown..... I was putting a bodysuit (vest) underneath - just wanted to check Cos it was a lot of stuff under the nappy is that makes sense....

For example She has a pair of dungarees - and a matching top that goes underneath- so I would dress her as bodysuit (vest), top, dungarees.... so with the pinafore and bodysuit (top) I feel she needs a bodysuit (vest) too... but then that's two lots of poppers and a pair of tights on top of her nappy - but maybe that's ok?! Lol Grin
