Need Recommendations Please :)

Looking for recommendations for:

1. Sun protection for my face. And DH's too haha. He has sensitive, 'normal' mostly problem-free skin, mine is sensitive and combination - I have acne and sometimes a bit of eczema over the winter months.
2. Neutral, easy-to-wear lip colours.
3. Eye shadow primer that is cheaper than Urban Decay's Eye Primer Potion.
4. Neutral, easy-to-wear matte eyeshadows.

I want stuff that hasn't been tested on animals really.

I use Body Shop 50 ++++ everyday on my face, though if two of you are using it, it won't last long!

I use M&S or Boots very sensitive baby 50+ sun protection on my face. They do smallish tubes for about £3.50. It isnt chalk white thick but does require a little rubbing in.
