Has anyone ordered direct from the Mimi Holliday site before? What was their delivery time like please?

I ordered quite a bit on Sunday, email to say the money had been taken on Monday morning. My account still says 'unfulfilled' next to the order details and I haven't had a reply to either of the emails I sent. Just wondering if this is normal.

I've ordered twice recently and both have arrived within a few days. Probably a good idea to contact them to find out what's going on.

Thankfully I've never had reason to contact them so no idea if it's normal for them not to reply to emails. Puts me off ordering in the future if it is!

I have always found delivery and customer service really good. I lost a clip on a bra and emailed the office. They sent two straight away in the post and a lovely little note too. Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks Rainbow Maybe it's because they had a sale on? Hopefully there's a good reason.

I called several times this afternoon, to get through to someone who has passed my message on. Said they'll call me back. So we'll see.

So items still not despatched, still no reply any emails, can't get through on the phone (answer machine) and no phone call back as promised.

Terrible customer service because if they had replied to the first query asking when I should expect the parcel saying they were very busy or whatever then it'd be fine. As it is I'm now annoyed.

I got through to someone eventually and they were very polite and apologetic and they said they'd make sure it was posted out today, but I decided to cancel it. Shame as their stuff is lovely. Not sure what went wrong with my order not being despatched but thought I should update.
