Well they’re all in the shops.

What do you think?

I LOATHE them. I don't think they flatter anyone. As far as I'm concerned, if you're going to wear heels go high or go home.

Spangles7 · 04/02/2018 12:23

I agree- maybe they suit actual kittens

SoFancy · 04/02/2018 13:47

I like them on boots, less so on shoes.

But I’m 5’11, so a heel I can actually walk in without banging my head on doorways appeals Grin.

EnidButton · 04/02/2018 13:55

Not on my watch. They're utterly pointless (no pun intended) and look odd. If a heel size can be twee then it's the kitten heel.

No idea if they wore them but Cybil Fawlty and Mrs Slocombe spring to mind.

AnaViaSalamanca · 04/02/2018 13:57

For me, NEVER. Kitten heels make me feel as someone quite big has put on a normal shoe and then the heel has compressed under their weight...

NC4now · 04/02/2018 14:00

I love heels but don’t like being too tall. I’m ok with kitten heels.

SwedishEdith · 04/02/2018 14:08

I like them on boots www.johnlewis.com/miss-kg-sense-kitten-heel-ankle-sock-boots-black/p3410819

LuxuryWoman2017 · 04/02/2018 14:11

Love them, I'm tall and don't need much extra height.

ReggaetonLente · 04/02/2018 14:11

I hate them. I think they cause the same discomfort as heels, but with none of the flattering effects.

I am from Essex though, so in general the higher the better for me when it comes to both hair and heels.

Beansonapost · 04/02/2018 14:17

Ewwwwwwwww!

Noooooooo!

I don't have flattering feet... wide and flat! These make them look uglier! Argh!

GissASquizz · 04/02/2018 14:20

Loathe them.

scampiesandchips · 04/02/2018 14:21

Fucking awful.

I wore them circa 2000 and still inwardly cringe when I think about that.

skippy67 · 04/02/2018 14:32

I hate them.

rewritethestars · 04/02/2018 15:19

I haven’t worn them for years and can’t walk in high heels any more so might give a pair a try. They might not catch on though judging by this thread!

DogsDoodahs · 04/02/2018 15:23

They make me feel ill. Genuinely.

Doobigetta · 04/02/2018 15:43

I like the way they look, but they aren't any more comfortable than high heels.

HemanOrSheRa · 04/02/2018 15:48

Urgh. No. I am short - they make my legs like a sturdy Shetland pony's.

Mulberrysilk · 04/02/2018 16:57

I love them (Audrey Hepburn style rather than and 80s style). I'm delighted to see them coming in to the shops. I just can't do high heels anymore.

TheNavigator · 04/02/2018 18:32

I love them, I can't wear skyscraper heels but can cope with a kitten heel. And I am petite so they look nicely in proportion on me.

MsHomeSlice · 04/02/2018 18:37

i love them, always have

they emphasise my gorgeous waif like ankles in a good way ...I shall be channelling Audrey Hepburn in capri pants and summer frocks....watch this space!

i only have waif-like ankles and wrists

ferrier · 04/02/2018 18:55

I like them I think. I've never worn them, always gone higher, but if I need to go flatter I think they are a more elegant and flattering solution than other shoes of similar height.

ScreamingValenta · 04/02/2018 18:59

I don't like them personally as my legs need all the length they can get. I can see the appeal for taller people who want the look of a narrow heel without the added height.

RosinaAlmaviva · 04/02/2018 19:12

I really want some. I prefer low heels for work as I do a lot of standing and walking. But most of the new ones seem to have pointy toes, which I don't like, so I'm not sure I will find any. I ordered some with rounder toes online but I think they'll have to go back, they don't feel comfortable and there's little point to a low heel that isn't any easier to wear than a high heel.

EmmaC78 · 04/02/2018 19:14

I love them too although only boots and not shoes.

0ccamsRazor · 04/02/2018 19:26

I am 5ft 10in, and absolutely loathe wearing kitten heels, defiantly prefer high heel or mid heel. Kitten heels just look twee and pointless on me. On other people though they can look great.
