Best cleavage boosting bra for DDs?

edibleweirdo · 03/02/2018 10:28

I'm a 34DD and i want.a bra that will give me head turning boost! Only plain, like a tshirt bra, to wear with vest tops in summer. Most boosting bras seemed to be aimed at the smaller boobed lady wanting to fill out, but i dont want to be bigger, just really well boosted...is that asking too much?

I thought you meant daughters!

Ollivander84 · 03/02/2018 11:18

Bravissimo satine or any plunge bra

Talith · 03/02/2018 11:19

Primark do some wonderful mega padded uplift numbers. I'm 36D and find them in my size.

demirose87 · 03/02/2018 11:23

Ann Summers definitely.

NerrSnerr · 03/02/2018 11:26

Ha ha. I thought you were wanting a cleavage boosting bra for your daughters too!

barefoofdoctor · 03/02/2018 12:01

Same size as me. Best bras I've found to fit your criteria are Asda 2 sizes bigger. Amazing and £6 (and I've tried loads of different brands).

Tippexy · 03/02/2018 12:04

34DD isn’t actually that large - is that your correct back measurement?

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/02/2018 12:47

I was thinking a DD isn't massive either.

Get bravissimo to measure you.

SpiritedLondon · 03/02/2018 14:45

I second going to Bravissimo....I went in thinking I was a DD and came out an F. Blush They do a great range of very flattering, attractive bras. I would never go near M&S again for bras....they're a disaster area for big boobs as far as I'm concerned.

PurpleTraitor · 03/02/2018 14:48

I’m wearing a 32DD. Sometimes I wear a 30E.

I have small breasts. Not tiny but definitely small, and one of the smallest chested out of all my female friends.

I find a balconette good. Ignore those with gel booster malarkey.

Bojangles33 · 03/02/2018 14:56

Victoria Secret very sexy range are AMAZING. Best bra ever and SO comfy. You'll never go back to any other bras though, you've been warned.

QueenOfTheAndals · 03/02/2018 16:25

I'm a 32DD (nowhere near as big as it sounds!) and the Victoria's Secret So Obsessed bras are great. They add a cup size and a half and are tshirt style so nice and smooth under clothes. That also do a bra called Bombshell which adds 2 cups but they only come in A-D sizes.

edibleweirdo · 03/02/2018 16:56

hahahaha to the idea that all my daughters suddenly need cleavage, because we're hitting the road as part of some new circus/freakshow act? lol

and to the rest of you suggesting my DDs arent that big! sniff! No I know they're not mahoosive, but they are certainly big enough for my purposes, I've no wish to enhance that way is all!

interesting on the anti M&S for bigger boobs, they're who I've relied on all these years....def going to check out the asda tip! also victoria secret tho - thanks again ladies!

Freya - Deco bra - I call it my bra of truth

DragonNoodleCake · 03/02/2018 17:19

Get fitted at Bravissimo, I second the Freya deco and currently I'm loving the beautiful black lace Gossard gypsy bra, that is plungetastic

PaperdollCartoon · 03/02/2018 17:22

Before you buy anymore bras use this calculator to check you’re actually a 34DD. I have a fairly plain Bravissimo bra that makes my 32Es look amazing, but I can’t remember the name.

Tippexy · 03/02/2018 18:30

What dress/top size do you wear? If you’re in the right size bra the cleavage will be even better!

edibleweirdo · 03/02/2018 18:36

when i do a calculator based on measurements, invariably the resultant bra is wrong! 34DD is what actually fits me, in general in real life. 36D tend to be a bit baggy and i think 32 anything would be tooo tight.

edibleweirdo · 03/02/2018 18:37

I wear a size 14 top

Polkadot1974 · 03/02/2018 18:44

Can we have a bra intervention size reminder. I’m wearing an uplifting but gaping at the top bra tonight to go out in and it’s giving a nasty line - I also reckon to be 34 but a D

edibleweirdo · 03/02/2018 18:47

couplea freya deco's ordered....

PaperdollCartoon · 04/02/2018 11:43

Your bra is meant to be tight, especially when you first buy it. It should fit fairly tight on the first hooks and you move in the hooks as the elastic goes a bit with washing. You have to break bras in like shoes.

PolkaDot try the calculator. It shouldn’t gape.

bingohandjob · 04/02/2018 14:19

Bravissimo Satine.

edibleweirdo · 05/02/2018 04:50

Yeah i think 34 achieves that for me, 32 would be uncomfortable - i always start with loosest back setting in the shop and work in as it gives.

arousingcheer · 06/02/2018 00:14

Freya Deco. The sizes are a bit strange so expect to try on a few (I think I ended up with a smaller back measurement than I usually wear), but your cleavage will astound you, and it gives a nice smooth line under clothes.
