A waterproof ladies coat for pear shapes

I'm looking for a coat between bum and knees, water proof, belted with a hood that doesn't make me look like a fisherman or a man. I have a karrimore 3 in 1 which makes me feel urgh esp as my hips/bum are big enough as it is. Any suggestions.

I got a nice fitted down parka/jacket from Esprit this year, big hood. Very cosy. But nicely fitted with belt
