Has anyone used groupon to buy fillers....?
I’m so tempted- what’s the worse that could happen Leslie Ash

Yeah Leslie Ash.

never use groupon for a beauty treatment when you haven't previously used the vendor.

Bratsandtwats · 02/02/2018 21:42

I personally wouldn't take the risk. You may get what you pay for.

CandyYumYum · 02/02/2018 21:57

Going for the cheapest option doesn't seem like the wisest way to choose a practitioner to inject stuff into one's face!

Lentilbaby · 02/02/2018 22:18

This is definitely something you should not do on the cheap! Do your research and you will find that the most reputable practitioners will not offer discounts for ethical reasons.

Waystobewicked · 02/02/2018 22:27

But ... has anyone who has replied actually done this ....
I’ve had expensive Botox and much cheaper Botox ... no difference in outcome

Fillers are much more invasive than Botox OP. Be careful whatever you choose.

CandyYumYum · 02/02/2018 22:33

Well why don't you google the clinics with Groupon offers and see if there are any online reviews? Someone may have had a great experience with a Groupon clinic but that's irrelevant if it's not the clinic you end up visiting.

WillowWept · 03/02/2018 00:31

I've had expensive Botox and much cheaper Botox and I got what I paid for.

Anyone on groupon is advertising aggressively. Think about why that might be.

The clinic where I go has a 5mth waiting list.

Lentilbaby · 03/02/2018 05:00

@WillowWept Sorry to hear about your experience with Botox. Out of interest, could I ask what happened?

lovemylover · 03/02/2018 09:30

Doesnt matter how much you pay for it,its the person who administers it who makes it good or bad,
Read my experience on Botox for "11" lines,
Horrific

WillowWept · 03/02/2018 09:30

Lentil Nothing particularly bad happpened - it just wasn't nearly as skill fully administered as I'd had done on previous occasions.

A little too much in the centre forehead left it tighter in appearance than I like and a really good dr can get a small eyebrow lift effect which the cheaper place couldn't achieve.

Lucymek · 03/02/2018 09:33

Please don't !

I was about to book one before read reviews and put me off two weeks later I seen in the paper he wasn't even a doctor and was injecting children.

If you need a recommendation tell me your area and I can recommend someone. I have seen multiple professionals from all over the U.K. And they are very well priced.
