Recommend me a good moisturiser

I work in a dry dusty environment, and my face is getting so dry and flaky, I reckon I need something to wear under my makeup during the day, and also something like a night cream to add some extra moisture.

The trouble I have is that I have semi-sensitive combination skin, and am prone to breakouts. But the oil free moisturisers I've tried sting, and just don't seem to deliver enough moisture.

What can you recommend me to try.

Pure rosehip oil.
Honestly. It's amazing. Just a drop patted on. Will reduce oil becsuse your skin won't need to produce it.
Bottle lasts forever.

I like Liz Earle products. Also E45 helps with very dry skin. Makes a big difference pretty quickly and it’s cheap!

I use a neals yard one, almond oil I think. I have really sensitive skin but this one is great.

Thankyou. Anything is worth a shot.
